For 10 years I worked as a Remedial Therapist, looking at dysfunction. I began searching for a modality that helped correct and strengthen our bodies. This is when my focus became Pilates. 

Creating  the space for people to come and explore their own bodies in movement. Each class we build and understand more about what is happening in our bodies and how this impacts in our every day lives.
