Steve Rose

(Senior Constable)

Steve has been a Police Officer since 1997, during this time he has worked in a variety of positions throughout the State.

Steve’s primary role within the PCYC organisation is to engage with, and facilitate, At-Risk youth programs.  Some of the successful programs Steve has been involved with are Project Booyah, Youth Works, The 1st Tee, Bounce Back and, more recently, The Huonville Bike Collective.

​

When not at the PCYC Steve trains serving police officers and recruits as he is both an Operational Skills Instructor and Police Driving Instructor. In addition, Steve also presents the Australian Federal Police ‘Think U Know’ cyber safety awareness program.

​

Outside of work Steve is a passionate North Melbourne fan, enjoys watching cricket and travelling.
