Amanda has been a qualified instructor for over 24 years and loves to help others reach their fitness and strenth goals, and am very strong on correct technique.


Qualifications:

  • Cert III - Freestyle Group Fitness Instructor - Tas Fitness 

  • Cert III - Gym Instructor - Fitness Institute of Australia

  • Cert IV - Personal Trainer - Australia Institute of Personal Trainer

  • Current HLTAID003 - First Aid


Certified in instructing the following group fitness classes: Spin Cycle, Fit Bar, Body Sculpt, Thump, Aerattack, Stepattack, Step, Interval Training, Bootcamp, Cross Trainer, HIIT, Punchfit, Metafit and Shift and Lift.
